Daniel Antonelli is responsible for the asset management of the company’s multi-family portfolio, as well as financial analysis of acquisition and development projects. Dan previously worked with a national student housing developer, where he was responsible for finance, acquisitions and asset management; and with Centerline Capital Group in their Commercial Real Estate Department, where he was involved in the financing and structuring for Low Income Housing and market rate multifamily acquisitions, dispositions and construction conversions. Dan received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Albany.

Eric Carlson is responsible for managing all aspects of the entitlement processes and pre-development operations including planning, design, value engineering and permitting. Eric previously served as Director of Land Development for Toll Brothers, Inc., managing all aspects of project approvals and site development for both single and multi-unit housing development projects; Senior Project Manager/Chief Engineer for Guertin Elkerton & Associates, Inc.; Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer for Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc.; and Staff Engineer for Universal Engineering Corp. Eric received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Duncan Clark is responsible for managing the company’s current construction projects as well as estimating future construction projects. Duncan previously served as Project Manager and CAD Operator/Designer for North Point Construction Management, a design and construction firm, managing their construction projects and development of architectural design schematics. Duncan received his B.S. in Industrial Technology from Fitchburg State University, and is currently working on his Graduate Level Certificate in Building Design and Management at Northeastern University.

He founded Iron Capital Group, a privately held real estate investment and advisory firm specializing in distressed assets and restructuring services, and brings to The Federated Companies a wealth of experience in finance, operations, and strategic planning.

Founder and Chairman
Jonathan founded The Federated Companies in 1999 with the intent of creating a vertically integrated organization capable of developing and constructing institutional quality assets while maintaining the agility and cost controls of a smaller organization. Jonathan previously worked as an Engineer at Verizon Communications, where he was responsible for the design and construction of the company’s outside plant and central office networks. He has since been involved in the acquisition, management, development, and construction of retail, office, and multifamily assets spanning from Maine to Florida, and possesses a thorough understanding of the development and construction process. Jonathan was a longtime Member of the Haverhill, Massachusetts CBD Parking Commission and the Washington Street Historic District Commission. Both groups were responsible for overseeing what is widely recognized as one of the finest examples of Queen Anne industrial architecture in America. Jonathan is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the National Multi Housing Council.

Nick brings to The Federated Companies a comprehensive development and finance background. He graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University, where he obtained a degree in economics. Nick went on to work as a financial analyst for Enron Corporation and he came to The Federated Companies from Ocean Atlantic Associates, where Nick was a Partner and Executive Vice-President. During his tenure at Ocean Atlantic, the company successfully completed residential and commercial projects both in Eastern Europe and domestically, with a focus on coastal Delaware where the Company was a leader in the second-home market. He has successfully developed over five hundred million dollars in for-sale product including a diverse range of housing consisting of condominiums and single-family homes in both urban and suburban markets and is active in the community, serving on the fundraising board of the Lewes Canal Front Park.

Gerard Yetming has over 11 years of experience in commercial real estate, and is responsible for managing the company’s acquisition, disposition, and financing activities. Prior to joining The Federated Companies, Gerard advised on over $6 billion of commercial real estate transactions during his tenure as First Vice President of Investment Properties for CB Richard Ellis’ Multihousing Group. Gerard also served as President for several companies including Advance Building Maintenance, where he was responsible for the acquisition of the company, and Realcap Corporation, a real estate investment advisory company sourcing and analyzing potential acquisitions for private equity investors. Gerard received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor of Mathematics with honors from the University of Waterloo.
